The time frame for order delivery is divided into several parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are prepared for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Depending on the shipping service you select upon checkout, orders usually take between 3 to 7 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time depending on where you reside.
Returns & Exchanges: Any requests for exchanges or returns that are not due to errors on our part, must be paid for by the customer requesting that return or exchange.
Insufficient addresses: We ship to the exact address provided to us by our customers. Therefore, if a package is returned to us due to an "Insufficient Address", the responsibility for shipping fees to reship that order falls solely on the customer.
International Orders (Outside of US): OMG Sportswear USA is happy to ship our products outside of the US to a select few countries. Orders placed outside of the US may be subject to customs or import fees. Any additional costs associated with your purchase, such as those previously mentioned, you will be required to pay upon delivery.
Tracking numbers are usually provided within 1-3 days after placing an order and can take 3-4 days to be activated by the courier. After this you will be able to track your order by clicking the link below and inserting your tracking number.
We work with an automated fulfillment platform. As a result, your order begins processing almost immediately after you submit your order.
As long as you reach out to us immediately regarding changing you address, we may be able to make the change before your items are processed.
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the shipping address in any other case.

Therefore, if you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept it for an exchange or refund if it has not been more than 30 days since you took delivery. Shipping fees for any requests for exchanges or returns that are not due to errors on the part of OMG Sportswear USA, must be paid for by the customer requesting that return or exchange.
As long as the item(s) has not been used or worn, and it is returned in its original packaging, condition, unwashed with all tags and labels attached without any damage, we can accept it for a refund or exchange. All underwear sales are FINAL and no returns or exchanges can be accepted due to their intimate nature and for hygienic reasons.

Once we receive the item we can offer either an exchange or a refund if it simply didn't work for you. OMG Sportswear USA is not obligated to refund any fees associated with returning items. You will be issued a credit/refund for the purchase price, less any shipping fees. All returned items are carefully inspected and if they are not in the same condition as when they were purchased you will not be eligible for an exchange or refund and the item will be returned to you, so please be sure that your items are eligible for return based on the above criteria. Items with tags removed will not be approved for refund or exchange.
SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS:
THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS OR ITEMS SOLD AT DISCOUNTED PRICE VIA A PROMOTION OR MARKDOWN. Sale items, and items sold at a discount are FINAL and are not eligible for returns with refund. They can only be accepted for exchanges or for returns with store credit.
THERE ARE NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS OF ANY KIND ON CLEARANCE ITEMS. All Clearance item sales are FINAL.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item.
You are responsible for the safe handling of the returned or exchanged item, except when OMG Sportswear USA could have sent an incorrect size or an incorrect or damaged item. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost in transit when being returned - they are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Shipping fees charged in the orders are non-refundable. All returns or exchanges must be mailed back, preferably providing us with a tracking identification number of some form. Customers outside of the US will be responsible for any extra costs related to exchanges in regards to custom fees, duties, and/or taxes related to your order.
OMG Sportswear USA reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above requirements.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
As we move very quickly to fulfill all orders and cut down on shipping and delivery time frames, it is extremely important that if you wish to cancel your order that you contact us immediately. You can do so from our contact us page or send an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders cannot be cancelled if the request is made after the order has been fulfilled or after 24 hours. Whichever occurs first. Thank you for your understanding.
We are sincerely sorry that you order has arrived damaged! Please send us a photo of the damaged item at email@example.com. We will send you another identical product, free of charge.
We're sorry to hear that you received the incorrect product. Sometimes our fulfillment team does make mistakes, and we sincerely apologize for this. Our team moves very quickly to get your merchandise to you, so sometimes mistakes can happen.

We can either issue you a return label, or you are free to pay for first class mail shipping and we will gladly issue you a refund for the shipping fees associated with the return if this is our error. Please provide a tracking number to us for the return if you can. Once we get the correct product packaged and shipped out to you, we will provide you with a new tracking number so that you may follow the progress.
